About Me:
My CRC Connections is powered by the Colon Cancer Alliance.

The Colon Cancer Alliance, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation. We are the leading national patient advocacy organization dedicated to increasing screening rates and survivorship. Ask the hundreds of thousands of people we help each year and they will tell you we are an active, caring community. We know first-hand how devastating this cancer can be. We also know it doesn’t have to be this way.

We see a brighter future on the horizon. Each year, our programs reach more communities, and each year, we see more people getting screened and beating this disease. We know that a future free of colon cancer isn’t just a dream; it can be a reality. But, we can’t do it alone. Our staff and army of volunteers are committed to taking action both nationally and locally through exciting and impactful campaigns and events. Won’t you join us?

Hope to see the movie soon. We live in a rural area so new releases are slow to get here. Would be willing to drive off the island if not too far.

Fingers crossed for my beloved Poppy who was diagnosed with colon cancer.  We'll find out if it's spread tomorrow.  My Pop is 78 but a young 78. I'd like to have him around for at least another 10-15 yrs.

Thank you CCA for helping thru my rough patch this year. I was diagnosed to have rectal ca stage 2 last Aug 2010, had my neo- adjuvant chemo-rad, surgery last nov 2010 and finished chemo last may 2011. I had a hard time dealing with this and you provided me with very good 2 buddies who inspired and helped answer my questions. The Internet is wonderful, because even here from the Philippines CCA has supported and nurtured me, because there are very few cancer grous here in our country. Most of them are in breast CA and cervical CA so most of my questions are answered via CCA. Currently, I'm NED based on my scans and CEA, I'm just trying to live healthy and placing my trust to the Lord. Life is so wonderful, my kids and family has supported me, keep up the good work CCA and Godbless you all!
