Well Joan these are stressful times in our lives. I am sleeping better as time goes on. Good luck with your treatment. It is a long slow road with chemo. I started in april and will finally finish in November. I had to skip the months of May and August due to low blood counts. I will be so glad to finish. I would like to walk out ofthat place and never go back, however, that is not an option.
Good luck and keep me posted. I would like to know how you are doing. Karen
Joan, well you are certainly luck you found it so early. I had no symptoms at all, my cancer was growing mostly in my colon but spreading quite fast in my lymph nodes, I have no idea how far it might have spread had I not got that last Colonoscopy so soon after my third one in 2 yrs.
What is the reluctance on the Drs.? Are they not sure what to do if you don't have chemo treatments?
Joan, that is interesting that you chose not to have chemo. I am assuming you had no lymph nodes involved.
I have a friend that had stage II but she went through 8 treatments last year. I haven't talk to her lately to see how her latest test came out.
Where did you have your surgery?
Karen
